WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We will set sail from the Gabriel y Galán reservoir, crossing the spectacular Alagón river, to the heart of Las Hurdes.
If you like bird watching, photography or just contemplating an unspoiled landscape, this is the perfect place. You will be able to enjoy the wild fauna and the olive groves where the “manzanilla cacereña”, a variety that produces one of the best olive oils in the world, is cultivated. You will border the Natural Park of Las Batuecas and Sierra de Francia and you will enter the Pinares de Granadilla. After a pleasant hour of navigation, you will arrive at the natural jewel of Extremadura, the Meandro Melero, where the Alagón River twists and turns forming one of the most beautiful spots in our region.
