WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Would you like an educational, fun and tasty day? José will welcome you in his bakery where he will show you the different rooms and explain the tasks that are performed in each one. You will participate in an exciting workshop to learn about the baker’s trade, the products of the bakery and to be able to apply the techniques learned when you get home.
Which workshop will you do? Depending on the time of the year you can choose between: sourdough workshop, brioche, Swiss or ensaimadas, whipped dough workshop – muffins, sponge cakes or sobaos, and hard dough workshop – perrunillas, mantecado, polvorones or cookies.
And for dessert…you will taste the products made during the workshop! Smells, flavors and gastronomy in an experiential activity for the whole family!
