WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We invite you to discover one of the most spectacular historical-artistic sites of Trasierra-Tierras de Granadilla with Ana, the official local guide. Ana will welcome you at the gate of Granadilla, a gate with history, and will reveal more about this beautiful medieval village uninhabited in the 50’s. You will visit its main square, its streets, the wall, the Church of the Assumption and its imposing castle.
You will follow the path through history towards the Roman archaeological site of Cáparra, passing through the pine forests of Granadilla. from the pine forests of Granadilla to the pastures of Cáparra.
Are you ready to learn? You will take a pleasant walk through the amphitheatre, a place full of history where the sand has seen the passing of the centuries; you will cross the southwest gate, gateway to the Roman City of Cáparra, and visit the domus, insulas, baths, forum, and the spectacular Tetrapylum Arch, unique in the Iberian Peninsula.
