					The Oleosetin Olive Oil Mill is an agro-food plant in Marchagaz.
We operate a small olive mill equipped with the latest extraction technology, allowing us to mechanically extract the precious juice from the olives. The by-products generate by this process (pulp, wastewater, and pits) are reused in such a way that promotes ecological and sustainable practices. This is where we produce the EVOO made from local olives. It’s a limited edition, award-winning olive oil, internationally recognised for its quality, including a Silver Medal from the International Olive Council. We also offer milling services to local farmers. Guided by our master miller’s expertise and state-of-the-art equipment, they can see the olives from their own harvest converted into the finest extra virgin olive oil, ready to be shared with their family and friends.
