The house is located in the centre of a small village, Villar de Plasencia, with excellent road communications, next to the Autovía de la Plata. The location makes it ideal for touring northern Cáceres, the most beautiful part of the province. The village is surrounded by the Extremadura dehesa in its purest form, with holm oaks and cork oaks, where animals likes cows, pigs, and horses roam freely. 
This typical country house has been renovated and can accommodate a up to 10 people in 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It has exposed wooden beams, stone floors and a lounge with a fireplace. 
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kitchenware. The property offers free firewood for the fireplace in the living-dining area.
