The house is a two-storey structure house built in 1746. It was recently renovated, maintaining the original elements, which earned it the title of a Superior Category country house (three holm oaks). It has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a lounge with fireplace and a landscaped patio with a barbecue. It can sleep up to 9 people. 
The flats each have one bedroom plus a sofa bed in the lounge. Each one has a terrace and can accommodate 2-4 people.
