WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Do you know how oil is produced in a natural way?
Luis, master miller, will welcome you in his oil mill surrounded by a magnificent olive grove, and he will reveal the secrets of manzanilla cacereña, the native variety of olive from the north of the province of Cáceres. You will learn about the crushing of the olives and the extraction process of this intense and tasty oil.
Finally, a pleasant test for the senses, a sensory test, you will do a blind tasting of various oils to learn to taste and differentiate the balance between bitter and spicy, and its aromas: almond, banana and apple, with slight notes of grass. Smell, taste and touch will help you discover a unique aroma, flavour and texture.
