Versátil is the brainchild of three brothers, David, Jose, and Alejandro Hernández Talaván, who were lucky enough to returned to their roots to tell their story through food and the unforgettable moments that happen around the table. 
The restaurant has two spaces:
The Dining Room: Our most elegant and gastronomic space, where guests can enjoy one of our two tasting menus and an excellent selection of wines. 
The Wine Cellar: In the wine cellar, guests can share some of Versátil’s most iconic dishes in a relaxed setting, for a more casual dining experience. Not only is our wine cellar a place to meet for good food and wine, but also an exhibition space for young and emerging artists from the area. In addition to exceptional seasonal cuisine, Versátil offers an extensive wine list with over 250 selections, featuring wines from around the globe for you to enjoy.
