Savouring the mixture of textures and flavours that chef José Miguel Sánchez has achieved, who has turned Nardi Restaurant into a reference of Extremadura's cuisine.

In Hervás, one of the most charming villages of the Ambroz Valley, located next to the Vía de la Plata, houses the Nardi Restaurant, recognized in 1996 as the best Restaurant of the year, award given by the Extremadura Brotherhood of Gastronomy, and recommended in the Gourmetour, Repsol Guide and in the Bib Gourmand of Michelin.
We propose a gastronomic menu fusing typical dishes of the region with more innovative dishes based on the new market cuisine, a selection of the best organic products and proximity: Gazpacho of strawberries from Casa del Monte, Iberian Pluma Bellota on mashed potatoes revolconas, Hervás honey sauce and garlic, and a tasty homemade dessert: chocolate mushrooms.
