A Fuego Lento is a rotisserie restaurant located in Hervás, Cáceres that features traditional cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant was renovated in 2011 to create a pleasant and elegant atmosphere with a mix of rustic and traditional Spanish decor. 
The restaurant’s most prominent decorative feature is the interior courtyard. In 2017, the courtyard became available for dining on a year-round basis with the addition of a retractable roof, creating a cosy and tranquil space where our guests feel right at home. Our philosophy emphasises quality and we strive to strike the right quality-quantity-price balance. This is reflected on our menu.
